goodwin8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
Upon termination for reasons other than breach, goodwin8 will return the verified account balance to the player via their registered withdrawal method, less any amounts owed to goodwin8. Balances associated with accounts closed for breach of these Terms are subject to forfeiture.
Players may close their goodwin8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not waive any pre-existing obligations of either party, including outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses at the time of closure request.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of goodwin8 Services.
